Ji is an attorney that focuses on assisting businesses in various areas of law. Ji’s practice areas include corporate, commercial, and real estate law. Ji also represents clients in litigation to resolve disputes in a broad range of claims including: business torts, commercial disputes, breach of contract, and corporate litigation.
Ji obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Chapman University. Utilizing his knowledge of business administration, Ji decided to return to the Bay Area to study law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law to focus on topics of business and corporate law. At UC Hastings, Ji was involved in various student led organizations: Executive Articles Editor of the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal; Student Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal; External Vice President of the Korean American Law Student Association; and Tax Preparer with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
